She was born in Gaziantep on 1st October, 1990. She was graduated from Italian High School,  she has good command of italian. In 2007, Genco was the first tv series that she had a leading role. After she caught the chance to act in Aşk-ı Memnu as a role of Nihal Ziyagil. Her second project Adını Feriha Koydum helped Hazal Kaya to show her existing skills. She played with Çağatay Ulusoy who is the star of tv series Medcezir.  Hazal Kaya’s last two jobs didn’t attain success. One is Son Yaz Balkanlar 1912, the other is AŞK... In spite of her age, she won the awards for Best Actress.
